Aerflo for Hydro Flask® is compatible with Standard Mouth bottles in all sizes (18 oz, 21 oz, 24 oz). Aerflo Carbonation Device for Hydro Flask® is NOT compatible with Wide Mouth bottles.
Each Refillable Capsule will make 2 litres of sparkling water (or 4x 500ml/15.9oz Aer1 Bottles).
For max CO2 efficiency, remember:
• Cold water is always best• Filling water to fill line
• Tapping to spritz (vs. press and hold)
• Shake vigorously after your Aerflo for Hydro Flask® vents
Once you've used your first four capsules, purchase the 1st Exchange Box (12 capsules) HERE.
Your capsules will arrive in a pre-labeled & pre-taped Capsule Exchange Box.
When you’ve finished the 12 new capsules, seal them in your Capsule Exchange Box and drop them in your mailbox. Once we receive them, we’ll automatically deliver 12 refilled capsules to you.

It's easy to match your carbonation preferences by number of spritzes:
- 1 Spritzes = light effervescent
- 2 Spritzes = starting to sparkle
- 3 Spritzes = average bubbles
- 4 Spritzes = extra bubbly
Please only carbonate plain water. If you would like to flavor your sparkling water, we recommend adding flavoring (fruit or flavor packets) after carbonating.
We also recommend cleaning your Aerflo System after it comes in contact with anything other than plain water. It'll keep things fresh and ready to use.
