I pre-ordered an Aer1. When should I expect to receive it?
All orders will be shipped via UPS. All Capsule Exchanges that are sent back to us will use USPS. Please see the Capsule Exchanges section for more information.
What is Aerflo made out of?
Aerflo bottles and caps are made of mostly Tritan™ plastic, which is a well-known BPA-free plastic used in most reusable water bottles.
Other components are made of 300 series stainless steel, silicone and other food-safe plastics and metal alloys.Aerflo capsules are made of industry-standard aluminum cylinders and brass. The capsules are filled with beverage-grade CO2. Other materials include food-grade plastics and silicone.
What is your Warranty and Return Policy?
We offer a one-year limited warranty on our products. See our warranty for more information.
Engraved and customized units cannot be returned for refund. Please contact us with any questions or issues.

How do I gift someone an Aer1 pre-order?
Great idea. We've designed a program for gifting:
To get started, visit our Gifting page and aerflo.co/gift-card and select the pre-order gift card. Choose the "Send as a gift" option, then fill in the recipient's name, email address, and an optional message. You can either send the gift card immediately or schedule it to be emailed at a later date.
Your recipient will be able to select their initials for engraving, and all shipping information will be linked to their account (and they will receive the 50% off first refill benefit directly).
