A simple guide on how to complete your first capsule exchange
Step 1
Pack Capsule Exchange Box
Your first Exchange Box holds 12 capsules. When you have enough empty capsules to fill your exchange box, peel the backing from the tape on the inner flap, and stick the flap to the front of the box.
Step 2
Ship It Back
Drop the sealed Exchange Box in your mailbox or anywhere the United States Postal Service (USPS) picks up. A prepaid return label is already attached to the back.
step 3
Replacement Box Sent
USPS notifies us, and an order is placed for your next Exchange Box—12 capsules for $23.50. No additional action is needed on your end. Then, rinse and repeat.
Capsule Journey
Refill is the new Recycle
A capsule’s journey isn't single-use - it's circular. Once back at our refill facility, each capsule is carefully cleaned, inspected, refilled with CO2, and inspected again before going to the next customer. Through its life, each capsule will offset 330+ cans of sparkling water.
